Working with partners with a wide knowledge of the Property Lettings Industry, Integris Inventories have launched a complete range of services. With larger rental property portfolios and additional legislation, Agents and Landlords are facing increasing management costs and taking on full time, or part time, staff to carry out inventory data collection, and other on-site inspections is an expensive, long term commitment. Integris Inventories can carry out this essential activity on a strictly pay as you go basis saving money and management time. The comprehensive Inventory Report provided by Integris Inventories gives clients a detailed description of the property and its fixtures, fittings and, where applicable, furnishings, together with a Schedule of Condition. The Report forms a legal document between Landlord and Tenant and protects both parties from any misunderstandings at the end of the tenancy. Integris Inventories has already won contracts with three major Estate Agent oganisations. |
